I had a demolished side mirror that marine epoxy would no longer hold. I had checked with the Toyota dealer and they wanted an arm and a leg but when I checked with VCC they gave me a great price. They could get a "used" mirror in a different color than my car but I didn't care and in a few days I stopped in and they had it installed in 30 minutes AND they were able to take the skin/cover from my old mirror and put it on the replacement! When the insurance company of the person who hit our car sent us to Ventura Collision Center, I was worried that not only would they not do a good job, but that I'd get taken advantage of. Let me tell you that my worries were unwarranted. Not only did they do a phenomenal job of making our car look even better than new, let me tell you that their communication and updates were so appreciated. When I dropped off my car, each employee came up and shook my hand and introduced themselves. Where do you experience this these days?! They truly cared. When the car was ready, they wanted to do another check and found another issue. They took care of it. Finally, even though they were only a day late, they dropped the car at my home. From the minute I walked through the door everyone was so friendly and I was able to have them come out look at my car and write up and estimate. Nick called me and got me in right away and from the moment I dropped my car off to him I didn't have to worry about dealing with the other persons insurance as the insurance company sent over the check for payment. They even got my car done a week early which was awesome. They did a great job and would recommend anyone looking for a place to get work done on your vehicle I would highly recommend going to Ventura collision Center. Everyone was so awesome there. I'm one very happy customerPosted onVerified I had a mostly-superficial dent on the corner of my bumper, it's an old car and I didn't want to spend a ton of money fixing it, I just wanted it to look better. Every other body shop said it needed a new bumper, $2k. Nick was the only one who listened to what I wanted and straightened the bumper as much as possible. It looks great, for 1/10th the cost. They did an absolutely beautiful and amazing job with paint and body work and finishing , including final touches. Nick the owner is an expert craftsman at his trade and I am so happy that I brought my car to him for the body work and paint. He provided me detailed infomation regarding my quote and job as it was pending, kept me informed through the process and I am 110% Satisfied with the work provided. The paint looks like factory quality and It was almost pretty much impossible to tell where any work was done, as his crew detailed my car expertly before I received it and it almost looked like brand New! I highly recommend them to anyone in the local area for paint and body repair and they are my go to place if ever needed again in the future.
